Policies
General Rules
- Camp Timber Lake is a privately owned facility. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money, or valuables of any kind.
- Speed limit is 10 m.p.h.
- Dispose of all trash in appropriate containers. Garbage bags are available in the office for campers.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed.
- All visitors must park in the designated visitor parking areas.
- Stay on driveways and parking areas at all times.
- All vehicles and trailers must have a valid license plate, drivers must have a valid drivers license
- Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the grounds. Please be considerate of TV’s, Stereos, Radios, by not playing them loudly.
- Parents are responsible for their children’s actions.
- Dogs, Cats, and other animals must be vaccinated, kept on a leash, attended to at all times, you are responsible for your pet.
- No Fireworks, Sparklers, Firearms, or Bow and Arrows allowed.
Camping Rules
- Campsites are on a first come, first serve basis, or through reservations.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00PM through 7:00AM
- Check-in and Check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
- Keep all fire inside fire rings. Extinguish all fires completely before leaving.
- Loose dead sticks, and limbs may be burnt, cutting of large deadfall or alive trees is not allowed.
- One camping unit per site, with an additional tent, and screen tent are allowed.
- There must be an individual at least 18 years old to register for a group or family. This individual must be at the site or with the group at all times.
- One vehicle is allowed on the campsite. RV’s may have an additional vehicle. Any additional vehicles must be in designated parking areas.
- Washing of dishes, or pets by water stations is not allowed. Washing of RV’s is not allowed unless the management has granted permission.
- No off-road vehicles allowed, golf carts are permitted if the management has granted permission.
Fishing Rules
- All individuals fishing must park in the designated parking areas.
- All individuals fishing must use the provided fishing containers.
- Only electric motors are permitted on the lake.
- Please return all oars, boats, and fishing containers to the proper areas.
- Please observe daily bag limits and follow them: 3 catfish, 2 Bass (14” or larger), 15 Bluegill & Crappie combined.
- Do not park in the boat launch area.
- Please be courteous to other fishermen.
- Camp Timber Lake is not responsible for scratches, dents, or accidents on boats, on the lake.
